JACQUELINE HAEBERLE
Design provocateur who is revolutionising retail and changing the face of Amsterdam’s Red Light District with her “multiple identities”
J. Haeberle is a visionary German-born design consultant who wants to challenge the way we think. A pioneer at the intersection of fashion, design, art, culture and technology, Haeberle is driven by the “less-but-better” approach in favour of a sustainable future, inspired by the power of play to transform systems and reinvent our world.
Following a BA in fashion design in Germany, Haeberle set up her own innovative design agency, multiple identities, in London in 1999, now based in Amsterdam and working with brands like The North Face, Puma, HMD and New Balance – to name a few.
J. can talk about:
What ‘sustainable’ fashion actually means.
How we can foster healthier relationships with what we consume.
How social media fuels irresponsible choices when it comes to fashion and sustainability.
Amsterdam’s Red Light District and how initiatives like her “no shop” shop can revitalize and reframe neighborhoods.
If you’re in Amsterdam stop by multiple identities space to see how they are revolutionising retail
